CTS Off Campus Placement Drive For 2014 Batch Freshers In Madurai

Job Role & Description:

The students who get shortlisted will be offered the role of Programmer Analyst Trainee with a salary of 3 lakh / annum. They will be trained at Cognizant Academy for a period of 4 months post which they will join the project teams.

Is There is Any Fees For this Placement Drive?

All the eligible candidates have to pay a onetime Registration fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees  Seven hundred and fifty only) in the form of Demand draft drawn in favour of “The Director, CUIC, Anna University” payable at Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria: Who all can participate??

 2014 passing out candidates only

 B.E/B. Tech (CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, ICE & IT) & PG (MCA)

 Minimum 75.00% from 10th onwards

 CGPA of 7.0 and above

 No standing arrears allowed at the time of recruitment process

 Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

 Flexibility to work in Shifts and in any Cognizant Location

 Open only to Indian Nationals

Final year students of B.E. / B.Tech. (CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, ICE & IT) and PG (MCA) with CGPA  7.0 (no rounding off) and above (No Standing Arrears) from I Semester to last Semester are  eligible to participate in this programme. It is mandatory that all the students should have secured an average of 75.00% (no rounding off) and above marks consistently from 10th onwards. It is  requested that the Principal / Placement Officer of the College should verify the marks of the students and certify their eligibility to attend the TNSLPP.

Anna University, Chennai is organizing “Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Programme”(TNSLPP) 2013-14, for the Present Final Year (2014 Passing Out Students) studying in Self Financing Engineering Colleges of Tamil Nadu, under Coimbatore Zone

Selection Process:

 Group Discussion for ALL the Candidates

 Online Aptitude Test for Shortlisted Candidates

 Technical & HR Interview for Shortlisted Candidates

Compensation Package: Salary Package

Rs. 3.0 Lakhs per annum

Important Note:  What You should Bring For Placement Drive

1. Students must carry the following for the recruitment process:

• Six recent Photographs (both ears visible on a light background)

• Resume (maximum of 2 pages)

• Photocopy of all academic records and

• College ID Card

2. Students should make their own arrangements for travel / accommodation / food

etc. for all the days

Day 1:

1. 7.30 a.m. - General Briefing

2. 7.45 a.m. - College-wise Call (Alphabetical Order)

3. Verification of Certificates

4. Issue of TNSLPP Admit Card

5. Affixing the Photograph & Endorsement

6. 8.30 a.m. - Group Discussion

7. 10.00 a.m. - Aptitude Test

8. 9.00 p.m. - Declaration of Test Results
